By accessing or using WEVLO ("the Service"), operated by WEVLO Technology ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WEVLO is an AI-powered NDIS support application available via wevlo.com.au, helping participants, carers and support coordinators understand plans, track budgets and prepare for reviews. The Service includes chat functionality, document analysis, memory features, and subscription-based premium features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using WEVLO, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing WEVLO on behalf of an NDIS participant, you confirm you have appropriate authority to do so.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
WEVLO offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Pro at AU$9.99/month, NDIS at AU$24.99/month). Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Free Tier Limitations
Free accounts are limited to 2 document uploads per day. Chat functionality is unlimited on the free tier. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WEVLO to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service; (d) use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent; (e) impersonate any person or entity.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of WEVLO is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not store uploaded documents. Chat history is stored securely in your account. Memory features are opt-in and controlled entirely by you. We do not sell your personal data.
8. AI-Generated Content
WEVLO uses AI to generate responses. These responses are for informational and personal support purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology within WEVLO is owned by WEVLO Technology. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, WEVLO Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
